All in one Set Top Box

BirdTV is an all in one home entertainment computer allowing endless possibilities. Enjoy your entire digital entertainment library in full glory on your TV. View your photos, browse your music collection, watch and record IPTV streams download movies, and project your home videos. Use BirdTV as an Office PC or play games (e.g. quake, etc.).

IPTV

The main functionality of BirdTV is watching digital TV channel streams at home, based on IP technology. Our solution provides Quality of Service in different levels. Traffic is classified and differentiated according to the type of data (http, VoIP, RTP, video stream). Furthermore, our solution offers video on-demand service to watch your favorite movies anytime. .

Movie Player

It is able to play not only all kinds of files (MKV, MP3, H.264, WMV, AVI, VOB, etc.) stored in the set-top box, but also the content recorded by PVR, and remote contents stored at any other pc in your local network. BirdTV supports Full HD contents natively. BirdTV becomes one of small number of receivers that can be able to reproduce full 1080p contents; this picture is much clearer, showing more details, and more relaxing for your eyes. Enter the Full HD world with BirdTV.

PC features

BirdTV is coming with integrated Web browser which allows to surf the internet without any trouble (browser includes flash player). Check your e-mails, access program guides by visiting specific channel websites and so on.  BirdTV integrates Office functions like Text editor, Presentation viewer, Spreadsheet editor, Calendar. By attaching a headset (and a webcam) BirdTV is able to make VoIP / Video calls. BirdTV handles Digital Cameras; you can view or arrange your favorite pictures.

Gaming

BirdTV’s high performance Intel Atom 330 processor & nVidia ION video chip combo allows you to play with the latest online games like Quake Live, America’s Army, Nexuiz, Frets On Fire etc.
