FocIT

Kicking off in the summer of 2009, FocIT is the  Cluster’s own football championship, which, according to our members, is so successful that it’s became an annual spot of our calendar. Each year we encourage our members to leave the work desks and their suits behind, put on a soccer jersey and come out to play a full 3D, real-time football.

Each company of the Cluster can enter a team for the championship, but partner companies and students from the University of Miskolc and Eszterházy Károly Collage can delegate teams, as well. The matches usually take place at Borsodi Műfüves Futball Aréna, which is right in the middle of the University of Miskolc.

The goal…

Our main goal is to bring our members together in a friendly and unexpected setup so they can get to know each other better. Moreover, we do believe that this program increases the trust between the members and create a platform where they are more likely to share their experiences, knowledge and business opportunities.

Cook something up…

To really show the versatility of our cluster, along with the football championship we organize a cooking competition. Not only recipes change hands, but the creative ones might cook some innovative project ideas up, as well.
