We are an IT company with our own innovative development crew, we offer management IT counseling, system development and integration services for the sector of medium and large businesses.

Our main scope of activities include business decision support, the application of innovative technologies, building data warehouses and commission settlement systems, activities supporting business procedures and integration solutions, voice mining, consulting, application support, project management and the development of tailored applications.

With 15 years of experience behind us we explore, understand, analyze and synthesize our customers’ problems, requests and the fields requiring improvements. We take full responsibility for the functioning and operation of the solutions created by us.

We are market leaders in the field of voice mining. We create innovative, custom made development projects with our own development team primarily for our customers with their own customer services and call centers. Our proprietary, in-house developed software, the versions of the so called Miner product family are unparalleled systems even in the international markets, featuring voice and emotion detection technologies, capable of automatically analyzing customer service phone calls, based on the requirements of our clients.
